About Us
What types of medical supplies do you offer?
We carry a full range of products for healthcare and education, including nursing supplies, hospital furniture, diagnostic equipment, surgical instruments, medical simulation tools, safety equipment, and bulk disposable goods. We also source laboratory equipment, hospital equipment, and custom training kits for medical and nursing programs.
Do you sell to individuals, or only to institutions and government entities?
We primarily serve government agencies, hospitals, clinics, K–12 districts, and higher education institutions. We focus on business-to-business and institutional supply, not individual retail sales.
Are your products compliant with federal and state procurement regulations?
Yes. We are a registered government supplier with the necessary certifications and codes to meet all procurement standards.
What registrations and certifications do you hold?
We are a certified small business, woman-owned business, and Texas HUB-certified supplier. These certifications allow us to meet eligibility requirements for a variety of state and federal procurement programs.
Do you hold any state or cooperative contracts?
Yes. We hold multiple awarded contracts, including with Choice Partners Cooperative and the South Carolina State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA) Division of Procurement Services. These contracts allow eligible entities to purchase directly from us at pre-approved pricing without a lengthy bid process.

How do I request a quote for my institution?
You can request a quote over the phone or by emailing our sales team with your product list, quantities, and brand preferences. We handle everything from basic nursing supplies to specialized diagnostic or simulation equipment.

Can I place orders through a purchase order (PO)?
Yes. We accept purchase orders from approved institutional buyers.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Most orders have no minimum quantity, but some bulk items may be sold in manufacturer pack sizes.
Can I order items not listed in your online catalog?
Absolutely. We can source products from a wide network of manufacturers, including specific brands or models not shown online.
Do you offer bulk or contract pricing?
Yes. We provide competitive pricing for large-volume orders and long-term contracts.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship nationwide using standard, expedited, and freight options depending on order size and urgency.
Do you deliver directly to facilities or only to central receiving?
We can deliver to either location based on your institution’s requirements.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most standard orders ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary for custom or specialized products.
Do you offer expedited shipping for urgent needs?
Yes. Expedited and rush delivery options are available.
Do you ship to all U.S. states and territories?
Yes. We deliver to all U.S. states and territories.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept purchase orders, government credit cards (P-Cards), ACH transfers, and checks.
Do you offer Net 30 or other payment terms?
Yes. Payment terms are available for approved institutional buyers.
Product Information
Can you source specific brands or manufacturers upon request?
Yes. We can locate products from any specific brand you would like, including leading brands in hospital supply, diagnostic equipment, and safety gear.
Do you provide product documentation, datasheets, or MSDS?
Yes. Product documentation is available upon request for most items.
Are your products FDA- or ISO-certified where applicable?
Yes. We work only with manufacturers that meet all applicable regulatory and quality standards.
Do you offer product demonstrations or samples?

Returns & Replacements
What is your return policy for medical supplies?
Due to the sensitive nature of medical products, some items may not be eligible for return but most items can be returned or exchanged. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to discuss return options.
How do I report damaged or defective items?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or credit.
Are there restrictions on returning certain medical products?
Yes. Items with expiration dates, sterile packaging, or specialized calibration may have return limitations.
